现介绍一种快速、简便、节约的土壤测定法,经和常规法 比较,证明本法测得的结果完全可靠。 速效磷的简便测定法(P_1): 在5克风干土中加入0.5M碳酸氢钠100毫升(pH8.5)和0.5克活性碳,振荡1分钟,用脱脂棉过滤,然后取出2毫升滤液,加入2毫升硫酸钼酸铵溶液(1.9％硫酸、0.1％钼酸铵),再加入1.75毫克抗坏血酸、0.05毫克酒石酸锑钾和98.2毫克氯化钠,充分搅拌后静置10分钟。将呈现出的蓝色与标准试样进行目视比色。
