采用Ф220×600mm烧结杯模拟沙钢6号烧结机工艺条件,研究了不同配比生石灰对烧结过程的影响。结果表明:生石灰配比每增加0.5%,混合料中+3mm的粒级增加3.4%,料温升高0.9℃,燃耗降低0.4 kg/t,烧损率降低0.2%;生石灰配比由3%增加到4.5%时,烧结速度及利用系数增加幅度较大。综合考虑,在现有原料及工艺条件下,生石灰配比宜控制在4.5%±0.5%。
The Ф220 × 600mm sintering cup was used to simulate the sintering process of Shagang No.6 sintering machine. The effects of different proportion of quick lime on the sintering process were studied. The results showed that for every 0.5% increase of the proportion of quicklime, the size of + 3mm in the mixture increased by 3.4%, the temperature of material increased by 0.9 ℃, the fuel consumption decreased by 0.4 kg / t and the burning loss decreased by 0.2% % Increase to 4.5%, the sintering rate and coefficient of utilization increased. Taken together, the existing raw materials and process conditions, the proportion of quicklime should be controlled at 4.5% ± 0.5%.
