将心理学研究应用于图书馆读者,从全新的阅读心理角度分析了阅读行为、阅读过程、阅读倾向、阅读目的,探讨如何高效利用图书馆资源,获得最佳学习效果。同时又阐述了读者修养、阅读能力、读者职业、社会环境、个性情绪、阅读环境等对读者阅读的影响,旨在图书馆工作人员根据读者兴趣正确引导,最大限度地激发读者的阅读积极性,最大限度地缩小读者需求多样化与图书馆阅读资源有限之间的矛盾。实践表明,将图书馆读者阅读心理研究应用于工作中,能有效提高服务质量,更好地满足读者需求。
Applying psychology research to library readers, this article analyzes reading behavior, reading process, reading tendency and reading purpose from the perspective of new reading psychology, and discusses how to make efficient use of library resources and obtain the best learning results. At the same time, it also expounds the influence of reader’s self-cultivation, reading ability, reader’s occupation, social environment, individual emotion and reading environment on the reader’s reading. The purpose is to guide the library staff to correctly guide according to the reader’s interest and maximize readers’ reading enthusiasm, Limit the contradiction between the diversification of readers’ needs and the limited resources of library reading. Practice shows that the application of reading psychology of library readers to work can effectively improve service quality and better meet the needs of readers.
