着眼于未来世代家庭的居住需求,从建筑专业的视角探讨家庭生命周期的变动与住宅之间最舒适的匹配方式。以家庭子女成年后不必再代代离家购屋为前提,寻求灵活性住宅格局的概念,开放式住宅指居住者可以根据自己的意愿灵活的布置整个空间,不再局限于传统的厅与室的划分模式,它能使居住人不再因家庭生命周期的变化被动的去适应定型的居住空间,让住宅空间能根据每个家庭的生命周期进行调整更加方便家庭生活的实际需求。
Focusing on the living needs of future generations of families, we explore the changes in family life cycle and the most comfortable ways to match between houses from a construction professional perspective.
