随着经济的增长,我国在财政体系下所进行的改革也不断取得新成果。以事业单位中的财务管理作为范例,在国家性的财务管理改革影响下,事业单位的财务管理也取得了可喜的进步,在预算的执行与固定资产的管理上,单位性的财政管理还存在着内部的监控不得力,制度上的缺乏与人员法律意识淡薄等诸多问题。文章通过对这些方面的总结与反复研究,提出了以下解决办法与管理途径。
