目的:研究墨旱莲多糖过氧化氢脱色方法的优化条件。方法:以脱色率和多糖含量为指标,分别考察了H2O2加入量、脱色温度、pH值三个因素对脱色效果的影响,并采用正交试验法筛选墨旱莲多糖的最佳脱色方法。结果:过氧化氢法应用于墨色旱莲多糖脱色的最优条件为:温度为50℃,pH值为7.0,过氧化氢添加量为2mL。结论:该实验优选出的工艺稳定、经济、可行。
Objective: To study the optimum conditions for the decolorization of polysaccharides in Elaeagnus crassipes by hydrogen peroxide. Methods: The decolorization rate and polysaccharide content were taken as indexes to study the effect of three factors of H2O2 dosage, decolorization temperature and pH value on the decolorization efficiency. The optimum decolorization method of polysaccharides from Eclipta prostrata was screened by orthogonal test. Results: The optimal conditions for the hydrogen peroxide decolorization were as follows: the temperature was 50 ℃, the pH value was 7.0 and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added was 2mL. Conclusion: The process of this experiment is stable, economical and feasible.
