我国正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,农民工的数量在总就业人口中的比重大,农民工对我国社会主义事业的繁荣昌盛意义重大。而我国现有的对农民工的切身利益进行保护的社会保障法律体系却是极不完善的,呈现出与社会主义和谐社会、经济的可持续发展等良好态势,极其不匹配的局面,因而,本文从经济法的角度,对完善我国农民工社会保障法律体系,使农民工的利益得到公平、公正的待遇,提出一些建议。
Our country is at a basic national condition that will be in the primary stage of socialism for a long time. The number of migrant workers is a large part of the total employed population. Migrant workers are of great significance to the prosperity of our socialist cause. However, the existing legal system of social security that protects the immediate interests of migrant workers in our country is extremely imperfect, and shows a very unhealthy situation with the socialist harmonious society and sustainable economic development. Therefore, This article from the economic law point of view, to improve China's migrant workers social security legal system, so that the interests of migrant workers get fair and equitable treatment, put forward some suggestions.
