目的析恶性血液病患者化疗后医院感染的特点,对抗感染治疗的方法与价值进行观察。方法我院在2015年1月至2015年6月期间所收治的恶性血液病患者共50例纳入本次临床研究范畴,对患者临床资料进行回顾分析。对本组患者感染发生部位进行观察,同时统计初次化疗、再次化疗患者感染构成比,并观察用药治疗的效果与治疗时间。结果感染部位方面,本组50例患者中共28例患者为呼吸道感染,构成比为56.00%,明显高于其他部位感染发生率(P<0.05)。经过系统干预与治疗,本组50例患者中,共47例患者有效,总有效率为94.00%。重症感染患者平均治疗时间为(12.5±2.6)d,非重症感染患者平均治疗时间为(4.5±0.9)d。结论恶性血液病化疗患者发生医院感染可能性高,初次化疗患者多表现为重症感染,以呼吸道为主要发病部位,可通过降阶梯治疗的方式取得满意效果。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of nosocomial infection in patients with malignant hematological diseases after chemotherapy and to observe the methods and values of anti-infection treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients with hematologic malignancies admitted from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital were included in this clinical study. The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of infection in this group of patients were observed, at the same time statistics of the initial chemotherapy, chemotherapy patients again infection composition ratio, and observed the effect of treatment and treatment time. Results In the infected area, 28 of the 50 patients in this group were respiratory infections with a ratio of 56.00%, which was significantly higher than that of other sites (P <0.05). After systematic intervention and treatment, the group of 50 patients, a total of 47 patients were effective, the total effective rate was 94.00%. The mean duration of treatment was (12.5 ± 2.6) days in patients with severe infection and 4.5 ± 0.9 days in non-severe infections. Conclusions The patients with malignant hematological disease are most likely to have nosocomial infections. The patients with initial chemotherapy are mostly severe infections, and the respiratory tract is the main site of infection. Satisfactory results can be obtained through the descending ladder method.
