采用阻燃中密度纤维板、玄武岩纤维布、阻燃贴面装饰纸制备了具有阻燃性能的贴面装饰材料,通过锥形量热仪分析了阻燃贴面装饰材料的燃烧性能。结果表明,阻燃贴面装饰材料热释放速率(HRR)和总热释放量(THR)均低于普通贴面装饰材料,玄武岩纤维布的加入使阻燃贴面装饰材料HRR降低明显,平均为94kW/m2。未复合玄武岩纤维的单面和双面阻燃贴面装饰材料生烟速率(SPR)第一个峰值比普通贴面装饰材料分别降低40%和60%,而复合玄武岩纤维的双面阻燃贴面装饰材料降幅达86%。CO和CO2生成速率降幅明显,表明玄武岩纤维的加入对贴面装饰材料燃烧过程中热释放及烟气生成具有抑制作用,提高了贴面装饰材料的阻燃性能。
Flame retardant properties of veneer decoration materials were prepared by flame retardant medium density fiberboard, basalt fiber cloth and flame retardant veneer decorative paper. The combustion properties of flame retardant veneer decoration materials were analyzed by cone calorimeter. The results showed that HRR and THR of flame-retardant veneer decoration materials were lower than that of ordinary veneer decoration materials.
