新一轮基础教育改革实施,小学综合实践活动课程也随之进一步深化改革,小学综合实践活动课程的实施表示我国基础教育课程结构的变革及我国基础教育课程形态的新建构。教师作为教育的主体,是课程得到有效实施的重点,在实施综合实践活动课程中教师的素质水平关系着课程开展的水平。笔者通过调查分析了教师素质方面的问题,并提出了一些改革策略。
A new round of reform and implementation of basic education, primary comprehensive practice courses also will be further deepened reform, the implementation of primary comprehensive practice courses that China’s basic education curriculum structure changes and China’s basic education curriculum form new construction. As the main body of education, teachers are the focus of the effective implementation of the curriculum. The quality of the teachers in carrying out the course of comprehensive practical activities is related to the level of the curriculum. The author analyzes the problems of teachers’ quality through investigation and puts forward some reform strategies.
