目的:研究知柏地黄汤对解脲脲原体(UU)感染模型大鼠精子线粒体Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶的影响。方法:80只雄性SD大鼠,随机分成假手术组、模型组、中药组(知柏地黄汤8.56g生药·kg-1·d-1)、西药组(强力霉素20mg·kg-1·d-1)、中西组(知柏地黄汤+强力霉素),除假手术组外,其他组均采用经大鼠膀胱注射UU建立UU感染动物模型,连续灌胃21d后处死,取标本检测精液子质量,分光光度法检测精子线粒体Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性。结果:与假手术组比较,UU感染模型大鼠精子浓度、精子活动率,a+b级精子百分率及精子线粒体Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性下降(P<0.01);治疗各组中精子活动率,a+b级精子百分率及精子线粒体Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性上升。结论:知柏地黄汤能够提高UU感染大鼠精子线粒体Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性。这可能是知柏地黄汤治疗UU感染所致不育症的机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Zhibei Dihuang decoction on Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase in mitochondria of UU infected rats influences. Methods: Eighty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, TCM group (8.56g crude drug · kg-1 · d-1) and Western medicine group (doxycycline 20mg · kg-1 · d-1), western medicine group (Zhibai Dihuang Decoction + doxycycline), except the sham-operation group, all the other groups were established by UU infection in rats with bladder injection of UU infection model, continuous intragastric administration of 21d, Semen quality and spectrophotometry were used to detect the activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase in mitochondria of sperm. Results: Compared with sham operation group, the sperm concentration, sperm motility, a + b grade sperm percentage and Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ 2 +) - ATPase activity decreased (P <0.01). The sperm motility, a + b sperm percentage and sperm mitochondrial Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase, Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase activity increased. Conclusion: Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can increase the activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase in mitochondria of UU infected rats. This may be Zhibei Di Huang Tang UU infection caused by infertility caused by one of the mechanisms.
