秦岭蕴藏着丰富的中草药资源,当地草医广泛用于治疗各种疾病。若筛选出抗菌作用强的中草药,对提供新药研制及临床应用具有重要意义。本实验是以80种秦岭草药的水煎剂浓缩液对8种常见致病菌进行抗菌作用的筛选,中草药是经传统的火煎法制取100%水煎剂浓缩液,即1ml浓缩煎剂相当于1克药材。实验方法为试管法。研究结果如下: 1.抗三种痢疾杆菌的草药:对福氏痢疾杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、宋内氏痢疾杆菌抗菌作用较强的草药有小叶忍冬(叶)Lonicera microphylla Willd、矮枇杷Rhododendron Purdomii Var nana Fu idea、路边草(全草)Kalimeris indica(L.)seh-Bio Var stenolepis Kitam、铁青岗(叶)Quereus spinosa David apud Franch、巴冬忍冬(花蕾)Lonicera henryi Hemsl、红麸杨(叶)、细苞银花(花蕾)Lonicera similis Hemsl、粗根老观草Geranium dahuricum DC、太阳
The Qinling Mountains are rich in Chinese herbal medicine resources, and local tussah practitioners are widely used to treat various diseases. If Chinese herbal medicine with strong antibacterial effect is selected, it is of great significance to provide new drug development and clinical application. In this experiment, eight kinds of common pathogenic bacteria were screened for antibacterial activity of 80 kinds of Qinling herbal decoction concentrates.
