目的 :对使用角膜地形图仪与角膜曲率计测量角膜散光结果进行对比研究。方法 :对角膜散光小于 1.5 D的患者 113名 132眼 ,使用美国 Alcon公司的 EYEMAPTM EH- 2 90角膜地形图仪和瑞士 HAAG STREIT BERN角膜曲率计测量角膜散光。结果 :角膜地形图仪测得角膜曲率显著大于角膜曲率计测得相应值 ,两种仪器测得的角膜散光无显著差异 ,散光轴向符合率随散光度增大而增加。结论 :角膜地形图系统测量角膜散光更准确、全面 ,尤其对角膜过陡、过平或有不规则散光的患者更可信
OBJECTIVE: To compare corneal astigmatism with corneal topograph and keratometer. METHODS: Thirteen 132 eyes of 113 patients with corneal astigmatism of less than 1.5 D were measured with an EYEMAP ™ EH- 2 90 corneal topography instrument from Alcon, USA, and the Swiss HAAG STREIT BERN keratometer. Results: Corneal curvature measured by corneal topograph was significantly higher than that measured by corneal curvature meter. There was no significant difference between the two instruments in the measurement of corneal astigmatism. The axial coincidence rate of astigmatism increased with the increase of astigmatism. Conclusion: Corneal topography system to measure corneal astigmatism more accurate and comprehensive, especially for patients with corneal steep, flat or irregular astigmatism more credible
