成人手足口病后致脱甲一例

手足口病多发于5岁以下儿童,成人很少发病,而因患此病后引起脱甲国内未见报道,现就笔者发现的1例报告如下:1病例资料患者,女,26岁。因其本人及女儿手指甲和足趾甲剥脱而到本院就诊。检查发现其指(趾)甲多个从甲根半月处开始出现薄片状分离,有近向远端渐至整个甲床整体脱落,甲缘周围未见红肿及皮损。查看其女儿脱甲情况与其基本一致。患者诉有轻微痒感,干家务时碰到指甲处不太方便,除此无其他不适。追问病史:20天前其女儿患手足口病来我院门诊诊治,在其女儿 Hand, foot and mouth disease occur frequently in children under 5 years of age, infrequent incidence of adults, and because of the disease caused by the detachment of a domestic report was not found, I found on the report of 1 cases are as follows: 1 patient data, female, 26 years old.
