美国国际证券交易所(International Securities Exchange,ISE)成立于2000年5月,是美国第一家全电子化交易的期权交易所,也是美国单只股票期权交易量最大的期权交易所。它是一家仅有6年历史的电子交易市场,现今处理着美国约30%的期权交易。ISE产品包括股票期权和指数期权,都属于金融期权。金融期权是指赋予其购买者在规定期限内按双方约定的价格(简称协议价格)或执行价格购买或出售一定数量某种金融资产的权利的合约,又分看涨期权和看跌期权。
Founded in May 2000, the International Securities Exchange (ISE) is the first exchange of options for fully electronic trading in the United States and the largest exchange of options for single stock options in the United States. It is a 6-year-old electronic trading market that now handles about 30% of the options trades in the United States. ISE products include stock options and index options, all of which are financial options. Financial options refer to contracts that give their purchasers the right to buy or sell a certain amount of a financial asset at a price agreed upon by both parties (the “agreed price”) or the strike price within a prescribed period of time. They are also classified as call options and put options.
