目前各个部门都在探求新的高强度轻型材料,现在广泛使用的铝合金和钛合金将逐步被纤维强化塑料所代替。近年来,纤维结合材料有了很大的发展,但是在切削加工方面的研究却跟不上其发展速度,对有关这种材料所采用的切削加工参数还存在着很大的分岐。本文将介绍纤维强化塑料机械加工的现状和联邦德国达姆斯塔特切削加工技术和机床研究所在纤维强化塑料铣、钻、扩孔等方面所进行的研究工作。
At present, all departments are looking for new high-strength lightweight materials, aluminum alloys and titanium alloys are now widely used will be gradually replaced by fiber-reinforced plastic. In recent years, fiber bonding material has made great progress, but the research in the cutting process can not keep up with the speed of its development, there are still many differences on the cutting processing parameters used in this kind of material. This article presents the current status of fiber-reinforced plastic machining and research carried out by the Federal Institute of Tapping Technology and Machine Tool in the field of fiber-reinforced plastic milling, drilling and reaming.
