Disospylos Kaki Lf has been used for planting and persimmon in various parts of the country. It has been loaded with ancient Chinese medicine books such as “Ben Cao Yan Yi”. The persimmon has heat, lungs, and thirst-quenching effects. Has been loaded into pharmacopoeia for the treatment of hiccups. Persimmon leaves have been made into proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, etc.. Persimmon leaf medicine was found in the Qing Dynasty Ye Gui · “Materia Medica again new” in the chemical composition of persimmon leaves , pharmacological effects, clinical applications have been repeatedly reported, and now they are summed up for the benefit of the study, for research reference. 1 chemical composition 58 hospitals of the People’s Liberation Army pharmaceutical factory according to the Chinese herbal medicine chemical composition test method and part of the use of external stasotto, Dragen-droff’s , Curts and Harrio’s system analysis methods, analysis results, persimmon leaves contain flavonoids, tannins, phenols, resins, lactones, coumarin compounds, sugars, volatile oils, organic acids, chlorophyll. 1960 Chungchong too Shichiro reported the isolation of As-tragalin from D.Kaki. In 1979, Japanese shinoi Fumayama isolated two kinds of flavonoids, i.e. vetch and isoquercitrin. Based on this, Ma Guirong Establishment of Quantitative Analysis of Flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves METHODS: Songpuxin isolated Betulic acid, oleanolic acid, and ursolic acid from persimmon leaves. Zhou Xingxing was isolated from the acid sites of diospyrin.
