目的研究抑制素(INH)α、βA、βB 3个亚单位在子宫内膜不典型增生组织中的表达情况及其临床价值。方法选择子宫内膜不典型增生内膜标本20例为研究组,选择子宫内膜单纯型增生、复杂型增生标本各15例和16例,以及正常增殖期和分泌期内膜标本(病理诊断界定)各15例和16例,共62例为对照组。用免疫组化方法检测INHα、βA、βB 3个亚单位在上述各类子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 INHα、βA、βB在正常子宫内膜分泌期的表达强度明显大于增殖期(均P<0.05)。INHα、βA在不典型增生子宫内膜中表达明显弱于在分泌期、单纯型增生及复杂型增生子宫内膜中的表达(均P<0.05),且在单纯型、复杂型、不典型增生子宫内膜组织中表达逐渐减弱。结论 INHα、βA、βB在子宫内膜异常增生形成不典型增生的过程中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression and clinical value of inhibin (INH) α, βA and βB subunits in endometrial dysplasia. Methods Twenty patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia were selected as study group. Fifteen cases of endometrial hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia and 16 cases of endometrial hyperplasia were selected, as well as normal proliferative and secretory endometrial specimens (defined by pathological diagnosis ) Of 15 cases and 16 cases, a total of 62 cases as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of INHα, βA and βB subunits in the above-mentioned endometrium. Results The expression of INHα, βA and βB in normal endometrium during secretory phase was significantly higher than that in proliferative phase (all P <0.05). The expression of INHα and βA in atypical hyperplasia endometrium was significantly lower than that in secretory phase, simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia (all P <0.05), and in simple, complex and atypical hyperplasia Endometrial tissue expression gradually weakened. Conclusion INHα, βA and βB play an important role in the process of atypical hyperplasia of endometrial dysplasia.
