目的　探讨类似肺炎表现的非典型哮喘的诊断及治疗问题。方法　对 30例类似肺炎表现的哮喘发病经过及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果　肺炎型哮喘其发病与婴幼儿期湿疹及毛细支气管炎、过敏性鼻炎、运动、冷空气刺激有关。长期反复使用抗生素疗效不佳 ,改用糖皮质激素及支气管扩张剂取得较好效果。结论　认识肺炎型哮喘的临床表现及其本质 ,对诊治及预防该病有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of atypical asthma with similar pneumonia. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the course and treatment of asthma in 30 patients with pneumonia. Results The incidence of pneumonia with asthma and infant childhood eczema and bronchiolitis, allergic rhinitis, exercise, cold air stimulation. Long-term repeated use of antibiotics ineffective, use glucocorticoid and bronchodilators to obtain better results. Conclusion Understanding the clinical manifestations and nature of pneumonia-type asthma has positive implications for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
