学校心理健康教育是20世纪教育改革中出现的新观念,在某种意义上它已成为现代学校的一个重要的标志。在当前学校中,许多教师缺乏心理健康教育的意识,在实际的教育教学、处理学生心理问题中常常采用不恰当的措施,从而影响学生的健康发展。这就迫切要求每一位教师学习、运用心理健康教育的理论知识,了解学生心理发展的规律和特点,促进学生身心健康发展。本文结合笔者教育实践中的一例心理健康辅导个案,从个案的发现、分析、辅导和效果、感言这几方面作了粗浅的探索,认为心理健康教育就应该用特别的爱来对待特别的学生。
Mental health education in schools is a new concept emerged in the education reform in the 20th century. In a certain sense, it has become an important symbol of modern schools. In current schools, many teachers lack the awareness of mental health education, and often use inappropriate measures in actual education and teaching to deal with students’ psychological problems, thus affecting the healthy development of students. This urgently requires every teacher to learn and use the theoretical knowledge of mental health education to understand the laws and characteristics of students’ psychological development and promote their healthy development. Based on a case of mental health counseling in the author’s educational practice, this paper makes a brief exploration from the discovery, analysis, counseling and effectiveness of the case and the testimony of the case. He believes that mental health education should treat special students with special love.
