选用6个杂交组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B2家系的平均数及其方差,估计了不结球白菜15个农艺性状的基因效应、遗传力和基因效应对杂种优势的贡献。结果表明:15个性状的遗传基本符合“加性—显性—上位性”遗传模式或部分拟合模式。所有性状的各组合均有显著的加性效应和1~3种上位效应,1/3的组合有显著的显性效应。单株重、叶片重、叶柄重和株高等性状的广义遗传力较高,菜头粗度、叶柄宽度和叶柄厚度等性状的广义遗传力较低。杂种优势主要表现在单株重、叶片重、叶柄重等产量性状上,显性效应[h]和上位效应[l]对杂种优势的贡献均具有重要作用。这三个性状的遗传均受重复型互作基因的控制。
The average and their variance of F1, P2, F1, F2, B1 and B2 pedigrees of 6 cross combinations were used to estimate the contribution of gene effect, heritability and gene effect of 15 agronomic traits on heterosis. The results showed that the inheritance of 15 traits basically conformed to the “additivity - dominance - epistasis” genetic pattern or partial fitting pattern. Each combination of all traits had significant additive effects and 1 ~ 3 epistatic effects with 1/3 of the combination having a significant dominant effect. The broad heritability of plant weight, leaf weight, petiole weight and plant height was higher, and the general heritability of the characters such as vegetable head thickness, petiole width and petiole thickness was lower. Heterosis is mainly manifested in single plant weight, leaf weight, petiole weight and other traits, the dominant effect [h] and epistatic effect [l] on the contribution of heterosis has an important role. The inheritance of these three traits is controlled by repetitive interplay genes.
