本文给出了 ６种热阴极电离规管的结构设计，上限都从 １０Ｐａ开始，下限分别为 １０－６～１０－８Ｐａ，有 Ｂ－Ａ规结构，宜杆电极结构，倒Ｕ形电极结构等。
In this paper, the structural design of six kinds of hot cathode ionization regulators is given, with the upper limits starting from 10Pa and the lower limits being 10-6 ~ 10-8Pa respectively. There are B-A gauge structures, rod-shaped electrode structures and inverted U-shaped electrode structures .
