冷损伤大鼠血浆中纤维结合蛋白含量改变

本文用单向免疫扩散法观察了不同程度冷损伤大鼠血浆中纤维结合蛋白(FN)含量的改变.204只体重为250±20g Wistar大鼠麻醉后双后足浸在-25℃乙醇中使组织温度分别达到-20℃、-10℃和0℃,在冻后4h、24h、3、5和7天测定FN含量.结果表明冷损伤后血浆中FN含量增加,其增加程度与冷损伤程度密切相关.这可能是由于组织冷冻而引起的血管内皮细胞损伤所致,它在血液循环障碍和代谢障碍病理过程中具有重要作用. In this paper, the changes of FN in plasma of rats with cold injury were observed by one-way immunodiffusion method.After the rats were weighed 250 ± 20g Wistar rats were immersed in -25 ℃ ethanol Tissue temperature reached -20 ℃, -10 ℃ and 0 ℃, respectively, at 4h, 24h, 3, 5 and 7 days after freeze, the content of FN was measured.The results showed that the content of FN in plasma increased after cold injury, This may be due to tissue freezing caused by the injury of vascular endothelial cells, which plays an important role in the pathological process of blood circulation disorders and metabolic disorders.
