生命在于运动。生命不息,运动不止。运动的目的是提高人体生命细胞对氧的摄取率,增加机体对缺氧的耐受性,促进新陈代谢,吐故纳新,增强生命细胞的活力,增进健康,延缓衰老。每个人适合进行哪种运动,运动量多大,持续时间多长,由于个体差异而有所不同。应根据每个人的性别、年龄、高矮胖瘦、营养状况、身体素质、所患疾病、遗传因素及环境气候影响来制订适合个人特点的运动锻炼。应遵循下列原则:1.运动的渐进性:先进行运动量小、动作简单的运动;再进行运动量大,动作复杂
