设备在生产服役中随着使用运转而产生有形磨损和故障。通过维修来保持和恢复设备的技术性能和精度,减少故障。进行设备维修,首先要做好技术资料准备(包括设备图册、设备修理工艺、备配件明细卡等),而维修技术资料的准备又是一项以设备图册为主体的工作。依靠图册始能了解设备结构、性能和工作原理,编制修理工艺、进行备件生产和配件购置。因此,图册是设备维修基础工作的核心,企业推行设备计划预修和维修必须重视设备图册的积累工作。
