基层官兵在“八小时以外”都在看些什么书籍?群众性课外阅读活动的现状如何?带着这些问题,笔者通过跟踪检查、突击抽查、问卷调查、与基层官兵实话实说等形式,走访了11个基层单位,深感课外阅读活动在基层官兵求知、成才、娱乐中发挥着日益明显的作用,但也普遍存在着目标定位现实化、求知需求多元化、欣赏品味通俗化、阅读安排随意化等问题。 What kind of books are all being read by grassroots officers and soldiers at the “eight hours”?
