对某炼油厂烟气轮机失效的叶片进行了化学成分(包括相成分等)、性能(包括高温性能等)、金相、断口及应力分析研究后认为:烟机转子叶片断裂的原因主要与叶片(包括叶轮)嵌入部位的几何形状和材料的微观组织结构等有关。
