国际矿山规划开发第一次会议在我国北戴河召开。 这次学术会议是由中国煤炭学会、金属学会与美国杂誌社世界煤矿、世界采矿共同发起召开的。 会议为期六天,自9月22日到27日。会议开幕前,9月19日邓小平付主席、方毅付总理接见了参加会议的国外和国内的全体代表。参加会议的国家共25个,代表307人,其中中国代表50人,中国列席代表100余人。会上宣读论文27篇,论文内容有凿井、地采、露采、选矿、岩石力学、运输等方面。
The first meeting of international mine planning and development was held in Beidaihe, China. The conference was sponsored by China Coal Association, Institute of Metals and American magazine World Coal Mine and World Mining. The meeting lasted six days, from September 22 to 27. Before the opening of the meeting, on September 19, Deng Xiaoping paid Chairman Fang Yi Fu and the Prime Minister met with all the foreign and domestic representatives participating in the conference. Twenty-five countries attended the conference, representing 307 people, including 50 from China and 100 from China. The conference read 27 papers, the contents of the paper drilling, mining, dew mining, mineral processing, rock mechanics, transport and so on.
