目的通过对银川市中学生健康安全的调查,旨在干预中学生危害健康的行为,使之修正不健康行为,以促进身心健康发展。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法在兴庆区选取5所高中和初中中学,发放问卷1720份,回收有效问卷1600份,调查方法为团体测试、以班为单位,统一引导语等。结果经过医学伦理的多种有效干预方法,如健康信念模式、家庭关爱、健康宣讲、社会照顾、医疗跟进、外展工作干预等,使中学生各种危害健康的行为数据有所下降。结论在干预中学生危害健康行为发生时,既要考虑到其自然属性-生物医学因素,更要注意到其社会属性-以现代伦理精神为指导的心理健康和社会性健康。
Objective To investigate the health and safety of middle school students in Yinchuan by aiming to intervene the health behaviors of middle school students so as to correct the unhealthy behavior so as to promote the healthy development of body and mind. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 5 high schools and middle and high schools in Xingqing District. 1720 questionnaires were distributed and 1,600 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey methods were group tests, class units and unified guidance. Results Through a variety of effective medical ethics intervention methods, such as health and belief model, family care, health preaching, social care, medical follow-up, outreach work intervention, so that a variety of health hazards of secondary school students behavior data declined. Conclusions In the intervention of middle school students, health hazards should take into account both their natural and biomedical factors and their social attributes - mental and social health guided by the spirit of modern ethics.
