本文从围棋项目的青少年心理训练重要性展开,围棋特殊性对青少年的智力及心理等多方面有塑造作用。本文通过对围棋项目自身特点的研究,并结合青少年心理特征及比赛中遇到的心理困扰提出解决方法,总结出一些有效的平时心理训练内容,以期促进青少年技战术与心理训练的更好结合,达到提高围棋训练水平的目的,最终在竞技比赛中取得最好的成绩。
This article starts from the importance of Go training of adolescent psychological training, and the special nature of Go plays an important role in shaping the intelligence and psychology of adolescents. This article, through studying the characteristics of GO project, puts forward the solution to the psychological characteristics of adolescents and psychological distress encountered during the competition, summarizes some effective content of normal psychological training in order to promote the better combination of technical and tactical training and psychological training for adolescents, To achieve the purpose of improving the level of chess training, and ultimately get the best results in competitive games.
