存在决定意识,思想观点是工作实践在头脑中的反映。本次为文的起意,就是有感于近来产权经济领域的两件要事——交易成本学说创始人罗纳德·哈利·科斯(Ronald Harry Coase)谢世、中国企业国有产权交易机构协会召开“两会”(推进产权交易市场“四统一”座谈会、二届一次常务理事会)。两件要事发生的间隔不过3天,前者为当地时间9月2日,后者为北京时间9月6日。
