在素质教育新型教学理念影响范围不断拓展的带动下,小学数学科目教育事业的发展进程也在不断推进。相比提升小学生在数学专业相关理论知识内容方面的掌握水平,更好的培养学生学习数学知识的兴趣以及热情才是相关教师工作生活当中的重点研究内容。动手操作是新课改教学政策重点强调的学习方式,有关小学数学课堂教学中动手实践操作的有效性论述已经备受社会各界人士的广泛关注。
