The process of spreading a television program is actually a process of characterizing the world by making its own rules and making code. With the help of shared positive gaze and the sharing of emotions with each other, the television media has become a community to which border ethnic minorities belong. Communicators rely on the audience’s judgment and analysis of media texts to shape the collective memory and national identity of border ethnic minorities. Due to the different political, economic, social and historical contexts of communication, the audiences of minority ethnic groups in border areas also respond differently to television programs. The resulting differences in media awareness determine the use and satisfaction of the media. Only by carefully studying the stages of dissemination of information and acceptance of television programs can we achieve an effective combination of the credibility of the television media with the awareness of the minority nationalities in frontier areas.
