激励机制是指激发人的行为的心理过程。随着经济体制改革进程不断加快,目前国有企业管理体制中存在的一些深层次问题已逐渐暴露出来,如何建立和健全激励机制,有效激发广大职工的潜力,提升企业核心竞争力,进而推动企业健康稳定发展,是每位国有企业管理者面临的重要课题。本文从薪酬激励模式存在的问题、职业发展激励存在的问题、职业晋升激励存在的问题等三个方面指出了当前国有企业在应用激励机制方面存在的主要问题;从改进国有企业职工激励措施、制定激励性的薪酬和福利制度、建立内部竞争机制、实施多元化多层次的激励机制等四个方面详细阐述了完善国有企业激励机制的方法与途径。
Incentive mechanism refers to the psychological process of stimulating human behavior. This paper points out the main problems existing in the application of incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises from three aspects: the existing problems of incentive model, the problems existing in the development of motivation and the problems existing in the promotion of motivation. From the perspective of improving the motivation of state-owned enterprises, Incentive pay and benefits system, the establishment of internal competition mechanism, the implementation of a diversified and multi-level incentive mechanism and other four aspects elaborate on ways and means to improve the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises.
