IP网络的发展IP网络的建设随着INTERNET的高速发展而逐步走向大众化、宽带化。据预测,2003年中国的互联网用户将达到6800万户,宽带用户将达到980万户。IP网络绝大部分由运营商承建,特别是近两年增长幅度最大的宽带IP网络的建设。IP网络的建设已解决了认证、计费等基础运营管理问题,包括从技术上为宽带价值链创造更有利的应用环境。万兆技术的全面提升和规模商用表明,IP网络正在为满足电信业务需求而朝多媒体时代发展。运营商一方面解决了带宽上的高收敛状况,致力于针对重要的电信级业务实施宽带业务模型,另一方面通过电信级万兆平台的IP设
