为探讨缺血性脑血管病与中风家族史的关系，对２９９例缺血性脑血管病和２４４名非脑血管病人进行病例对照研究。结果显示：中风家族史在脑血管病发病中有一定作用。高血压病人患缺血性脑血管疾病与中风家族史无显著的统计学联系（Ｐ＞０．５０），而非高血压病人患脑血管病则与中风家族史有高度显著性的统计学联系（Ｐ＜０．００５）。
To investigate the relationship between ischemic cerebrovascular disease and family history of stroke, a case-control study of 299 ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and 244 non-cerebrovascular patients was conducted. The results showed that: family history of stroke in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease have a role. Hypertensive patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and stroke family history had no significant statistical relationship (P> 0.50), while non-hypertensive patients with cerebrovascular disease and stroke family history had a highly statistically significant link (P <0.005).
