产后出血是孕、产妇死亡的重要原因,其中最常见的是子宫收缩乏力引起的出血,也是剖宫术中最常见的并发症,如不经有效处理,短时间内有大量出血,可导致休克、DIC,甚至危及生命。近年来随着剖宫产率的不断上升,剖宫产术中发生产后出血的比率也随之增加,寻找一种能迅速减少出血,保证手术安全的措施十分重要。我院对18例剖宫产术中出血患者采用子宫补丁缝合术取得很好临床效果,现报告如下。
