为了确保在设备安装中能够更可靠,对动车组设备安装用的螺栓预紧,必须更要严格的将扭力要求提高上去。要确保螺纹在连接的过程中带动安全性能,从而大大的提高了动车组在安装设备中具有极大的可靠性,要想让发生事故的可能性减少,那就必须要对其进一步的研究和分析。在计算上和分析动车组设备安装的过程当中,要将螺栓螺纹联接的预紧方法和螺栓强度的核算问题以及对预紧力的控制等方面进行比较。因此,对螺栓连接强度的校核提供了有价值的理论依据。
In order to ensure more reliable installation of the equipment, the pre-tightening of the bolts for the installation of the EMU equipment must be accompanied by a rigorous increase of the torque requirements. To ensure the safety of the threads during the connection, the EMUs are greatly increased in the reliability of the installation, and in order to reduce the possibility of an accident, it is necessary to study them further analysis. In calculating and analyzing the EMU equipment installation process, we should compare the bolt pre-tightening method and bolt strength calculation, as well as the pre-tightening control and other aspects. Therefore, the strength of the bolt connection provides a valuable theoretical basis.
