从山东省8个地区18个县市调查和采集766份马铃薯植株样本中,检出带病样本736份,分离到青枯假单孢菌菌株741个,环腐菌菌株269个,软腐欧氏杆菌菌株53个。青枯假单胞杆菌和环腐菌复合侵染同一植株。对34个青枯假单胞杆菌研究表明,它们分别属于生物型Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ以及另一新类型,在血清学上有差异。两个环腐菌菌株在MR试验和血清学上亦有差异,分别属于不同的菌系。8个软腐欧氏杆菌菌株经生化测定分别属于胡萝卜软腐欧氏杆菌黑胫变种和胡萝卜软腐欧氏杆菌胡萝卜变种。
766 samples of diseased plants were detected and collected from 766 potato plants in 18 counties in 8 districts of Shandong Province. 741 strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum, 269 strains of ring rot fungi were isolated, 53 strains of Strain. Pseudomonas solanacearum and rot fungi compound infect the same plant. Studies of 34 P. oryzae strains showed that they belonged to biotypes II, III and V, respectively, and another new type, with a serological difference. Two strains of ring rot are also different in MR test and serology, belonging to different strains. The eight strains of S. were biochemically tested as belonging to the varieties of the black shiraz carrot and the carrot of carrot.
