本系列研究包括以PAD为连接臂的PYM磁性白蛋白微球等三个品种的研制及其体内外抑瘤试验的研究。结果表明,本系列磁性PYM微球均符合磁性抗癌药物的要求。例如在外磁场控制下,靶区药物微球浓度明显增高,并有缓释作用,对活体瘤有显著的抑瘤作用,而且毒性作用明显减轻。总之,本系列研究的成功,为过渡到临床应用,为进一步研究和开发本类药物剂型提供了实验依据。
This series of studies including the PAD as the connecting arm PYM magnetic albumin microspheres and other three varieties of research and its in vivo and in vitro anti-tumor test research. The results show that this series of magnetic PYM microspheres are in line with the requirements of magnetic anti-cancer drugs. For example, under the control of external magnetic field, the concentration of target drug microspheres significantly increased, and sustained release of living tumor has a significant anti-tumor effect, and significantly reduce the toxic effects. In short, the success of this series of studies for the transition to clinical application, to provide further experimental basis for further research and development of this type of drug formulations.
