本文通过考察煤炭企业文化建设的现状,以及当前煤炭企业文化建设中一些不能回避的问题,根据转型跨越式发展模式下煤炭企业文化建设的发展要求,试图探讨煤炭企业文化制度建设的原则性问题。
Based on the current situation of the cultural construction of coal enterprises and the problems that can not be avoided in the current cultural construction of coal enterprises, this paper attempts to discuss the principle of the cultural construction of coal enterprises in accordance with the development requirements of the cultural construction of coal enterprises in the transition leapfrog development model.
