OBJECTIVE: To calculate left ventricular and myocardial radioactive count (C / M) ratio by 99mTc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging and to compare with left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF) control. To explore the reliability and clinical value of the law. METHODS: A total of 220 subjects underwent 99mTc-MIBI motorized myocardial infarction and resting ventriculogram, and 118 patients underwent resting myocardial infarction and resting ventriculogram. 1 check completed within 1 week. 99mTc-MIBI740MBq was injected into each myocardial imaging, and the images of cardiac short axis, horizontal long axis and vertical long axis were collected and reconstructed. All cases were routinely completed equilibrium method radionuclide ventricular imaging, the application of semi-automatic procedures to calculate LVEF. The C / M ratio was calculated from the short-axis images of the motor and resting myocardial slices, respectively, and correlated with LVEF. Results: The LVEF measured by radionuclide imaging was significantly correlated with the C / M ratio measured by myocardial tomography. The correlation coefficient r between LVEF and C / M ratio was 0.6964, which was significantly different from resting C / M The ratio correlation coefficient r was 0.6995. The sensitivities of exercise C / M and resting C / M were 71.9%, 68.6%, specificity of 92.9%, 97.0%, respectively. The accuracy was 86.3%, 84.7%. Conclusion: 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging C / M ratio can be used to evaluate the resting left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease, its reproducibility?
