蚯蚓有机液肥在蔬菜栽培中的应用效果初探

为促进蚯蚓有机液肥在上海地区农业生产中的推广应用,在上海市6个区(县)的7个试验点进行了蚯蚓有机液肥在蔬菜栽培中的应用效果对比试验示范。结果表明,在蔬菜生长前期结合灌溉每6 6 7 m~2浇施蚯蚓有机液肥10 kg、生长后期(收获前期)结合喷洒农药每667 m~2叶面喷施蚯蚓有机液肥120 g,对叶菜、果菜类蔬菜有明显的增产增收的效果,叶菜增产8.8%、效益增加6.6%,果菜增产9.33%、效益增加10.38%。施用蚯蚓有机液肥能明显改善叶菜叶色、显著增加株高9.6%、显著延长叶菜的货架期1.8 d,即明显改善了产品商品性;施用蚯蚓有机液肥后果菜的单果重及可溶性固形物、Vc、总蛋白含量均有显著提高,分别增加23.97%、14.41%、28.57%、15.21%。施用蚯蚓有机液肥后土壤基本理化性质变化不大,但能明显改善土壤的微生物状况,土壤总菌数显著提高1 5.5%。 In order to promote the popularization and application of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer in agricultural production in Shanghai, comparative experiments and demonstration of application effects of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer in vegetable cultivation were conducted in 7 pilot sites in 6 districts (counties) in Shanghai. The results showed that in the early growth stage of vegetables, 10 kg of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer was applied every 6 6 7 m ~ 2 irrigation, and 120 g of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer was sprayed on the foliage of 667 m ~ 2 in the late growing stage (early harvesting) Vegetables, fruits and vegetables have obvious effects of increasing yield and increasing yield of leafy vegetables by 8.8%, benefits by 6.6%, fruits and vegetables by 9.33% and benefits by 10.38%. The application of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer could obviously improve the leaf color, significantly increase the plant height by 9.6%, and significantly extend the shelf life of leafy vegetables by 1.8 days, which significantly improved the product merchandising. After applying earthworm organic liquid fertilizer, the fruit weight and soluble solids , Vc and total protein content increased by 23.97%, 14.41%, 28.57% and 15.21% respectively. The application of earthworm organic liquid fertilizer has little change in soil physical and chemical properties, but can significantly improve soil microbial status, soil total bacteria increased significantly 11.55%.
