由于受诸多因素影响,我国的水文测验大多采用的是驻站方式进行,从某种意义上来说,这种驻站方式在很长一段时间内发挥着重要作用。随着我国经济和科学技术的迅猛发展,我国能源日渐短缺,而采用驻站方式防汛抗旱其最大的特点是能源消耗大,而且给予相关工作人员带来很大麻烦,严重影响着其工作积极性。新形势下也就要求更新水文测验方式方法,基于此,以研究水文测验的理念为切入点,致力于找出提高水文测验技术水平的方式方法,以此为广大研究者提供强大理论支撑。
Due to many factors, most of the hydrological tests in our country are stationed in stations. In a sense, this stationing station plays an important role for a long time. With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, the energy shortage in our country is becoming increasingly scarce. However, the biggest feature of flood control and drought relief using stationed stations is that it consumes a great deal of energy and brings great troubles to the relevant staff, which seriously affects its enthusiasm for work. Under the new situation, it is also required to update the methods of hydrological test methods. Based on this, taking the concept of hydrological test as the breakthrough point, we are devoted to finding ways and means of improving the technical level of hydrological test so as to provide powerful theoretical support for researchers.
