目的:研究蝙蝠葛提取物体外对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的形态学改变。方法:应用MTT法、倒置显微镜、HE染色、Hoechst荧光染色以及吖啶橙/溴化乙锭荧光染色方法检测蝙蝠葛提取物对体外培养的人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的形态学改变。结果:蝙蝠葛提取物对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株具有抗增殖作用,并呈时间-浓度依赖性。倒置显微镜、HE染色观察示核固缩、边集以及凋亡小体的形成等典型形态学改变。Hoechst荧光染色,AO/EB双染色结果也显示细胞死亡主要以凋亡为主。结论:蝙蝠葛提取物体外对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株具有抗增殖及诱导凋亡作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the morphological changes of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 induced by bats extract. Methods: Morphological changes of SGC-7901 cells cultured in vitro were detected by MTT assay, inverted microscope, HE staining, Hoechst staining and acridine orange / ethidium bromide staining. Results: Batang extract had an antiproliferative effect on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in a time-concentration-dependent manner. Inverted microscope, HE staining showed nuclear pyknosis, edge sets and the formation of apoptotic bodies and other typical morphological changes. Hoechst staining and AO / EB double staining also showed that cell death was mainly apoptosis. Conclusion: The bats extract has antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effect on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro.
