针对医院门诊流程繁琐,“三长一短”(挂号、候诊处置时间长,看病时间短)现象严重的问题,文章提出了一种基于广义随机Petri网的医院门诊流程模型的建立方法与其性能分析方法。构造出医院门诊流程的基础Petri网模型,由于门诊流程中,挂号、诊断、收费等一些部分均需时间维度的参与,而在基础Petri网模型中并无时间概念,于是在此基础上引入时间这一约束条件,构建了可以刻画时间维度的医院门诊流程的GSPN模型。利用GSPN模型与连续的马尔可夫链是同构的这一特性,构造出与GSPN同构的马尔可夫链,在求得同构马尔可夫链稳定状态概率的基础上,进一步求得模型的性能指标参数。
In order to solve the problem of cumbersome hospital outpatient procedures and serious problems of “three long and one short” (long registration, long waiting time for treatment and short time for medical treatment), this paper presents a method of establishing outpatient process model based on generalized stochastic Petri nets Performance analysis method.
