船舶建造过程中,危害因素多,容易发生多种事故类型。对员工的安全培训教育是避免这些事故伤害的基础措施,但长期以来安全教育大多是坐在教室里,以理论教育为主,对员工安全能力特别是安全技能的提高存在一定的局限性,探索安全体感教育对提升员工安全培训效果起到了积极作用。 In the process of ship construction, there are many hazards and many types of accidents are prone to occur. Safety education and training for employees is the basic measure to avoid the harm of these accidents. However, for a long time, safety education is mostly sitting in classrooms, mainly based on theoretical education, which has some limitations on improving employees’ safety abilities, especially safety skills. Safety Somatology education has played a positive role in enhancing staff training effectiveness.
