我国《作物与土壤》杂志1976年第3期报道:明尼苏达大学科研人员试验生育期短的杂交玉米,当长到五片叶时,切去植株,产量可大幅度提高,三年平均增产48%。试验地播种量较普通播种量增加10%,每亩约4,000株。三年试验的播种时间:第一年是5月8日,第二年4月26日,第三年5月9日。试验的杂交玉米的生育期为90天,当地生育期长的普通玉米为115天。每个试验小区种4行玉米,行距76.2厘米,行长76.2米。收获时取中间两行的产量。
China Crops and Soil Magazine, 1976, No.3, 1976: Researchers at the University of Minnesota experimentally tested hybrids of short duration of growth. When cut into five leaves, the plants were cut and the yield could be greatly increased with an average increase of 48% . The sowing rate increased by 10% over the normal seeding rate and about 4,000 mu per mu. Three years of trial sowing time: the first year is May 8, the second year of April 26, the third year of May 9. The tested hybrid corn had a growth period of 90 days and the native corn with a long local growth period was 115 days. Each experimental plot 4 rows of corn, row spacing 76.2 cm, length 76.2 meters. Take the middle two rows of harvest when harvesting.
