目的了解分析石家庄市饮食行业从业人员不同文化程度者对乙型肝炎预防知识的知晓情况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,对4065名HBsAg阴性的饮食行业人员进行问卷调查。结果文化程度高低与乙型肝炎预防知识知晓率成正比关系(χ2=16.707,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,但在某些知识方法两者差异无统计学意义。结论应进一步有针对性地加强乙型肝炎预防知识的宣传教育工作。要注意对不同文化层次人群采取不同的健康教育手段和方法 ,以提高从业人员的防护意识,以降低乙型肝炎感染率。
Objective To understand the awareness of hepatitis B prevention knowledge among employees with different education levels in the catering industry in Shijiazhuang City. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey 4065 HBsAg-negative food industry personnel. Results The level of education was proportional to the awareness of prevention knowledge of hepatitis B (χ2 = 16.707, P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant, but in some knowledge methods there was no significant difference between the two. Conclusion The publicity and education of hepatitis B prevention knowledge should be further targeted. Should pay attention to different levels of culture to take different health education tools and methods to improve awareness of practitioners in order to reduce the risk of hepatitis B infection.
