试验以葡萄糖和邻苯二甲酸作为易生物降解和难生物降解的代表有机物,研究了一种动态循环测定BDOC的方法,将待测水样不断循环通过生物载体反应器,使其中可生物降解有机碳充分降解,测定DOC的变化以确定BDOC值。结果表明:①以动态循环法测定水处理流程和管网中BDOC的变化显示,水源水预氯化后BDOC增加了31.58%,出厂水加氯同样使BDOC增加;②动态循环测定BDOC的方法有测定时间短,能评价不同水源水是否适合采用生物处理技术的优点。
The experiment used glucose and phthalic acid as representative organics that are easily biodegradable and non-biodegradable. A dynamic cycle method for the determination of BDOC was studied. The water sample to be tested was continuously circulated through a bio-carrier reactor and made biodegradable organically. The carbon is fully degraded and changes in DOC are determined to determine the BDOC value. The results show that: 1 The dynamic cycle method for the determination of BDOC in the water treatment process and pipe network shows that the BDOC increased by 31.58% after the pre-chlorination of the source water, and the BDOC was also increased by the chlorination of the delivered water. 2 Dynamic cycle determination of BDOC The method has the advantages of short measurement time and ability to evaluate whether different source waters are suitable for adopting biological treatment technology.
